Managing & reviewing a set of dedicated teams & ensuring implementation of action plans through them to improve performance in respective zones. Plan and achieve annual budget & collection, ROD plan deployed for the branch Taking process improvement initiatives around the sales process, distribution, and branch operations Lead end-to-end sales funnel activities for the allocated region in Retail and B2B segment for the entire product portfolio of Acton Systems Deliver on sales performance and monthly/quarterly/annual targets identified for the team in joint collaboration with on field sales teams Deliver on sales performance and monthly/quarterly/annual targets identified for the team in joint collaboration with on field sales teams
Conversion of leads, enquiries, product-specified projects to sales.
Conduct market research and share insights with management on customer needs and business trends in respective product domains
Driving the entire gamut of Electricals & Lighting business through Dealers and assist them in driving the business.
Desired Candidate Profile- 5-8 Year Experience LED Lighting. Degree or PG Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Experience of LED Lighting Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
