Job description The candidate should have proven work experience of 5+ years of sales in Construction/real estate. This position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities and Duties

• Identifying potential customers, establishing contacts, visiting them, understanding their requirements Building a sales pipeline.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Prepare & deliver appropriate presentation on all Projects Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions
• Establishing new relationships and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Plan and forecast sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and keep the management updated about latest trends in the market and work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotions and offers
• Update and maintain Sales MIS for the designated region.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Organize meetings with prospective.
• Schedule and conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
• Negotiate / close deals and handle queries and objections.
• Manage and Collaborate with team Members to achieve better Results.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 930,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Schedule:
