Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at First Door Realty LLP. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also be involved in market research, competitor analysis, and negotiating deals. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and business development Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience in the real estate industry is preferred Knowledge of the local market in Noida is a plus Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
