v Must have Experience in Security Industry as A Sales Manager Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections. v Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels. v Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction v Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services addressing or predicting clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives v Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines v Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support v Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers v Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs v Planning and directing marketing or advertising campaigns v Collaborating with sales departments and other teams to meet targets v Addressing client complaints or concerns v Discovers and explores business opportunities. v Possess a strong understanding of Services, our competition in the industry and positioning v Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients v Filling of business proposal/tender online and offline v Willing to travel as per business requirements v Experience from security services or Defense background would be preferable v Ensure team members are meeting deadlines
Ensure that all projects are on track to meet deadlines
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations in all areas of the company, including marketing, human resources, legal, design etc. v Conduct site surveys and attend site meetings v Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
