Job Description


Responsibilities: 1. Generate new business:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
  • Cold call, email, and schedule meetings with prospective clients to present our IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals and quotes.
2. Account management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify business opportunities.
3. Sales pipeline management:
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports using CRM software.
  • Forecast sales targets and track progress against goals.
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
4. Team collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications:
  • B Tech / MBA
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role, preferably in the field of Cloud Technologies, Cyber Security and data centre Services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:

  • Cloud & Security Sales: 1 year (Required)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
