Led a multi-functional Key account team to achieve budgeted unit volume, revenues, and gross contribution targets.

Analyze the brands progress, activities, sales performances, and category initiatives to drive transaction and revenue.

Developed and maintained excellent connections with important figures in business accounts.

Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, Finance, and logistics departments to ensure that enterprise clients needs are met.

Excelled in new customer acquisition, account management, and need identification leading to the retention of over 30 key accounts.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Operations team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, adherence to standard operating procedures, and high-efficiency completion of tasks.

Created the marketing and sales strategy and worked alongside the marketing and sales team to achieve the desired results.

Reviewed and analyzed account metrics and developed corrective strategies to enhance performance.

Oversee the consumer financing and payment programs; manage the onboarding of new vendors and the maintenance of current vendors.

Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing information and evaluating results to optimize customers. Service and satisfaction.

Formulated demand planning and generated supply chain management metrics

Reduced marketing costs by streamlining marketing roles, leveraging communications materials, monitoring budgets, and developing a protocol.

Boosted customer satisfaction by providing teams with training and skills to optimize service delivery in alignment with individual needs.

Led warehouse improvement initiatives to advance operational efficiencies and increase revenue.
