Reporting to :- General Manager JOB BRIEF This is a high-performance target sales job, meant for someone who wants to make it large, take big risks and continuously challenge themselves. We require high dedication, extreme determination and hard work which will be most certainly rewarded. The person is responsible to develop his own sales team in accordance to company policies to drive sales and marketing of an organisation for Pan India level. He will be responsible for all sales person performance of an organisation. Must be having flair knowledge of products i.e., airlines business, hotel categories, package
& transport, etc. Full knowledge and experience in understanding client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and accordingly advice clients and close the deal. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY 1. Experience in B2B Sales within the travel industry
2. Good connection and network with the Travel Agents and Tour Operators.
3. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities by evaluating travel companies\xe2\x80\x99 needs
4. Actively promoting company products through cold calling, and identifying more selling possibilities
5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services as per the local area requirement.
6. Establishing new business.
7. Achieve the assigned sales targets
8. Hard-core sales driven
9. Driving force for an organisation.
10. Sell the online business to existing and new accounts
11. Having knowledge to think out of the box and have selling capability.
12. Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
13. Coordinating with operations team.
14. Lead and motivate the field team to deliver sales goals 15. Training to the teammates and motivates to achieve their goals.
16. Meet periodically with sales management or sales personnel to review sales activity funnel (CRM tool), customer retention and relationship activities, review sales performance compared to goal, production and training needs 17. Weekly forecasts
18. Daily sales calendar
19. Monthly & Quarterly Staffing Update
20. Communication with team on behalf of an organisation.
21. Gather feedback from Travel Agency or prospects and share with internal teams
22. Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
23. Good knowledge of MS- word and excel
24. Knowledge of all travel software\'s
25. Follow up skills EDUCATION Bachelor\'s and University Degree in Marketing, Business/Administration, Hotel and
Restaurant Management, Business, Education, Hospitality, Management, Tourism,
Hospitality Management, Hotel Management EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales role, preferably in airline or travel (agency) industry.
Experience with B2B based partnerships in the travel category (having dealt with Travel
Managers is a must, and ideally having dealt with TMC\xc2\xb4.
Available to travel on a regular basis
Should have proven track record in B2B sales. BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS (Mandatory) a. Fluent in English b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both) c. Leadership skills d. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint e.
