Sales Manager Are you passionate about ibis Styles Goa Do you enjoy helping others and building emotional connections to make people feel special and welcomed Then this position might be for you! Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experiences to guests, you are involved within the community, and liaise with all levels of people and business within the city and across the country. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, you build strong relationships and create bonds with your guests, and are responsible for selling activities to support the Hotel\'s strategic business objectives. Required Experience and Skills: - Well Groomed and Excellent in business communication. Ability to work under pressure and being self motivated. Basic knowledge of Digital CRM and S&M software. Business awareness - good knowledge of local market. Minimum 2-3 years of proactive sales experience in Sales & Marketing (Corporate MICE & Leisure). .Sales experience of Goa market will be an added advantage. What will you be doing: - Functions as a strong Team Player and supports sales team with day to day sales activities. Local market analysis for generating business leads and increase sales. Develops strong relationship with Hotel team to work together and strives to achieve the same goals. Area mapping and Account penetration through sales calls, sales blitz, Client entertainment, FAM trips, etc. Maintains database and reports.
