  • Work closely with system integrators & RDP\xe2\x80\x99s in aligned region. Explore and qualify sales opportunities, provide technical support as needed, and develop customized solutions to meet their clients\' requirements.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive short and long term sales strategy to establish and grow partnerships with system integrators & RDP\xe2\x80\x99s in targeted industries and regions.
  • Identify and prioritize potential system integration partners based on their expertise, market presence, and alignment with our product or service offerings.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products or services to system integrators.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends related to system integrator & RDP\xe2\x80\x99s partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape within the system integration space to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
SKILLS REQUIRED 1. Areas of Expertise : Leverage upon the existing relationship of System Integrators & partners in the assigned geography and utilise this opportunity to achieve sales growth. 2. Relationship Building: Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and to drive long-term business success. 3. Technology Proficiency \xe2\x80\x93 Must have knowledge on Telecom & Telcom related products, access control devices, security & surveillance, automation, IOT. 4. Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms, contracts, and pricing to secure deals and maximize profitability. 5. Results Orientation: Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on delivering measurable results and driving business growth.
