Hunch Ventures is a privately-held investment firm based out of New Delhi, India and BLADE USA is a technology-powered global urban air mobility platform committed to reducing travel friction by enabling cost-effective air transportation alternatives to some of the most congested ground routes in the USA. BLADE India services include By The Seat Helicopter Service, Personalized charter service and end to end Air Ambulance Service. Sales Manager

  • Responsible for maximizing revenues and market share focusing on revenue with Blade India\'s most strategic travel agency & corporate customers in their relevant market, along with Charter sales.
  • Primary responsibilities include building, maintaining, and managing agency and corporate relationships, contract negotiation and implementation, performance evaluation, and maintenance of agreements with key customers.
  • This position interfaces with Business Development and marketing in formulating sales strategies and programs.
  • Responsible for orchestrating team selling, where applicable, with Agency Sales, Business Development,
Alliance partners, and the Sales Support Center.
  • Plan the account strategies based on Commercial goals and objectives.
  • Additionally, required to submit weekly sales plans and activity reports.
  • This position is responsible and accountable for pan India sales
  • Position requires frequent travel within assigned territory and occasional air travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualification
  • Graduation (Mandatory) with 4 + yrs of experience
  • This position prefers a Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing or related fields
  • Candidate should possess a strong orientation towards sales and understand how to create and maintain profitable business relationships with assigned accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal and business decision making skills
  • A \xe2\x80\x98Go Getter \xe2\x80\x99approach
  • Must be able to manage change with resilience and display tremendous drive and commitment
  • Candidate must possess strong skills in written and verbal communications, negotiation, time management, organizational, planning, and presentation
  • Additionally, candidate must demonstrate leadership capabilities and have the ability to disseminate information professionally
  • Candidate must be available to work additional hours and/or days as needed
Preferred Industries-
  • High Networth Industries namely Charter/Air Charter Sales, Real Estate, Airlines with a network of selling to HNIs
Location- Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb960,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb980,000.00 per month Benefits:
