Role Description We are looking for confident, self-motivated and energetic sales executive to join our growing organization. Strong interpersonal skills and a guest - focused approach are a must. It\'s an important and responsible profile for generating sales across hotels and requires persuasive personality with effective communication and negotiation skills with a professional approach. Qualifications 1. Candidate must be from Hotel Industry - Room Sales background. 2. Clearly understand the culture, business principal and hotel model of the group 3. Responsible for Sales (Corporate, Travel Agents etc) of all hotels from HO 4. Building and managing relationships with potential and past clients 5. Identify new companies, markets and business opportunities 6. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media 7. Negotiating and closing out on deals with a quick turnaround 8. Implement all sales action plans as outlined in the annual budget for each hotel 9. Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients 10. Maximizing daily active sales calling, measured through DSR 11. Meeting monthly sales targets assigned based on annual budget of hotels 12. Analyzing and recommending strategies based on market intelligence and pulse 13. Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response timeline to guests 14. Collect and analyze guest feedback and comments 15. Effective communication and co-ordination with Sales Manager and hotel teams 16. As and when required, attend trade shows and networking events to generate new leads 17. Background. 18.
