Job Description


We are hiring closing sales manager. Closing \xef\x82\xb7 Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets. Should be able to deliver sales numbers as per business plan, in terms of closing - ensure completion of sales targets on a consistent basis through the year \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure cross-selling to enhance sales value productivity with existing customers \xef\x82\xb7 Actively follow up with leads for revisits to close the gap between the budget of the client and the closure price of the project. \xef\x82\xb7 Initiate leads through reference sales calls. Client Relationship Building: \xef\x82\xb7 Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at the project level) and communicate the same effectively to prospects. \xef\x82\xb7 In collaboration with the Team Lead, meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite status \xef\x82\xb7 Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution. Industry Awareness: \xef\x82\xb7 Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key trends and market dynamics. \xef\x82\xb7 Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge. Team Collaboration : \xef\x82\xb7 Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Peer Teams etc.) to ensure exceptional customer service \xef\x82\xb7 Should be willing to do sourcing via Channel Partner. Target for walk-ins also to be given to the candidate. Systems and Process Compliance: \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain accurate records for designated accounts and share regular updates with the Team Lead and GM - Sales \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain thorough adherence to lead tracking mechanisms as required \xef\x82\xb7 Should be able to read and analyze data from CRM and google sheets \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure highest standards of compliance to Groups policies, processes and value structure Desired Candidate Profile: - Exceptional drive and focus to convince the client - Ability to get the clients for revisits - Good communication skills - Ability to develop strong professional relationships - 1-3 Years of experience in real estate sales under closing Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb970,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb990,000.00 per month Benefits:
