  • We are looking for a talented and energetic Business Development Manager who is willing to work in a challenging start-up environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives

Job responsibilities
  • Proven track record of selling IT consulting and Application Development and Maintenance (ADMS) services
  • Should be able to articulate the company’s digital transformation and Fintech Solutions & Services to our enterprise clients
  • Strong track record in acquiring new customer logos and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network through Social media, Conferences & Events
  • Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, new technologies & business models

  • Hard working with B2B sales and lead generation experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • BE/ MBA with 4- 6 years selling software consultancy services and solutions
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills is a must

Good to have:
  • BFSI and NBFC domain knowledge

Other Information:
  • Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year + Sales commission and Incentives which can go up to 10,00,000.00 per annum.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Day shift
