Position: Senior Business Development Manager. - LoansLocation: Kandivali East, Mumbai.Experience: 2-4 yrs.Business Development Manager Responsibilities: Contacting potential clients to establish report and arrange meetingsHandling TeamPlanning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.Developing quotes and proposals for clients.Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.Business Development Manager Requirements: One should have experience of 2 to 4 years. Experience in sales, Banking sector, loan marketing or related field. Basic understanding of the financial statements (Balance sheets and PnL statements) and ratio analysis is preferred. Knowledge on the Indian banking sector/Loan Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks. Willingness to Travel for business related purpose.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per yearSchedule:
