Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement company's sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence across segments
  • Responsible for revenue production for the company
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Devises strategies (including call pitch/ presentations)and techniques necessary for achieving the sales target
  • Deploy sales force and sales managers as needed to achieve company plan
  • Monitor segment activity (Corporate/ Retail) and results by teams
  • Strategize on key accounts with team
  • Ensure handholding of client from enquiry till project completion
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Channelize smooth coordination between client, design and sales teams for estimates/ proposals for sales enquiries/ coordination on resource for store measurements and 3D images
  • Ensure team meets the Quality requirements of the client before dispatch of final product
  • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Ensure Panel is updated real time
  • Maintain necessary data and records for future reference
Team Management
  • Coach / motivate the team
  • Set the targets for the sales Managers and other sales representatives. Supervise their work and track their performances.
  • Aiding and supporting the team in converting a sales enquiry into a sales invoice
  • Conducting regular training on product management
  • Periodically generating performance report of team & provide necessary feedback / mentoring/ assistance to upscale over all team performance
  • Team Welfare - Grievance, Communication, Motivation & Attrition Management

  • Mumbai - 421302, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Team leading: 3 years (Required)
  • Product Sales: 6 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
