Position: -Sales manager
Location Surat, varoda, Rajkot, Ahmedabad
Experience- motor insurance 2to3 year
Time 10 am to 6:30pm
*Salary:* Competitive salary range of 28k to 30k

*Responsibilities:*
- Lead and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and success.
*Requirements:*
- 1 to 2 years of experience in insurance sales.
- Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
