Role: Sales Manager - Mortgage Education: Graduate Experience: 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 Years Salary: 40,000 \xe2\x80\x93 45,000 Location: Vijayawada Roles & Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Achievement of business plan targets regarding volume growth, product mix, and market share. \xc2\xb7 Responsibility for Dealer network management & expansion. \xc2\xb7 Promotion of business & Institutional sales. \xc2\xb7 Planning& executive sales promotion plans & activities. \xc2\xb7 Effective cost management. \xc2\xb7 Conducting a detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and track competitors \xc2\xb7 Activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning the selling strategies Required Skills & Knowledge \xc2\xb7 Strong commercial and business acumen. \xc2\xb7 Strong customer focus. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of service and warranty system. \xc2\xb7 2-4 years of experience in the Mortgage business is a must. \xc2\xb7 High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
