Sales Manager
Job Description
To discuss evolving needs of the customers and to assess the quality of their experience with our services Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics Achieve growth and hit sales goals by successfully managing the sales team Provide support to sales associates Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence Share objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per monthBenefits:
