Job Description
We are looking candidates for sales Manager profile. Designation: - Sales Manager Company : - Swipe Machine :
- 2+ years of experience in sales from Payments, Telecom, e-commerce, POS, Business solutions & wallet companies.
- Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory
- Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners.
- Should possess Product/ solution selling experience to Retail customers to acquire new merchants.
- Good knowledge of the retail industry
- Has a flair for numbers and can deliver the assigned business targets driving sales activities
- Customer-centric approach with prior experience interfacing with customers and should be an excellent negotiator.
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches
- Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills
- Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximize sales
- Familiar with the basics of Computers & Androids
- Experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage
- CTC to be offered, 25-26K Take home plus 6k local TADA
- Monthly Incentive
- Monthly Reimbursement
- Day shift
- Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Telecom sale: 1 year (Preferred)
