We have completed over 8 lakh consultations which focus on primary care, specialist\'s referral, secondary opinions and decision support. Our most significant element is our customer service and the experience we provide. We have a 24x7 multilingual call centre, which is dedicated to claims assistance. Additionally, customers can benefit from hassle-free internal claim resolution without any TPA (third party administrator). The Role You Will Be Responsible For Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts. Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet. Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up. Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs. Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback. Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner. Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. Escalating customer feedback as required. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets. Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Sales (B2C), Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) or Customer Service within Retail, Financial Services and Consumer industry. You have prior experience in dealing with Distributors. You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales. Experience within Area Sales, Startup Experience, would be a strong advantage. Experience within Financial Services, Real Estate, Professional Services, Public Sector, Healthcare and Consumer would be a strong advantage. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
