Kotak Life Insurance Kolkata SALES MANAGER Company Description Company Website: https://insurance.kotak.com/ Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Limited is a private Life Insurance company in India The company is jointly owned by Kotak Mahindra group of India and Old Mutual of South Africa in 74:26 ratio respectively The company was founded in 2001 & currently caters to 15 million customers The company has presence of 232 branches in around 167 cities and towns in India and has an agency strength of 99,275 agents JOB CODE: JOB6142 - Manage channel partner business on daily basis by visiting points of sales within a defined territory and meeting all concerned employees. - For work purpose they will take care of existing relationships and drive rural business. - Build excellent relationship with all concerned employees at point of sales and fulfil all service related requirements at the assigned branches. - Do personal and telephonic interaction with existing channel partner relationships for business mobilization and ensuring maximum conversion of loan borrowers for Credit Life cover. Handle/ resolve queries from relationships efficiently on daily basis. - Preparing/ collating weekly reports on the outcome of interactions with the relationships for submission to concerned personnel. - Preparing reports/sharing of conversion results - Candidate will take care of Kolkata Cluster. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate (except Arts background) with academic score through out 60% Experience- 2-3 years of B2B/B2C Sales Other Skills- Communication skills, basic data base management, excellent relationship building skills. Industry- Any industry, Insurance candidates can be hired Regional Exposure- Candidate should be exposed to the locations mentioned in the Kolkata cluster. CTC TO BE OFFERED UPTO 3.75 L PA
