ABOUT US We are a reputed industry and our product is \'BISMARK\'approved. We are manufacturer of Flyash Bricks, Precast Concrete Blocks,Tiles, Kerb Stone, Hollow Blocks, Solid Blocks, Grass Pavers etc. at Kharagpur, Dist: PaschimMedinipur (West Bengal) since last 8 years. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The candidate should gain good knowledge of our product and regularly follow up existing and prospective customers for sales.
• The Sales Manager should regularly follow up and supervise Sales Executive and help them in all aspects to identify prospective customers and convert it to sales.
• The Sales Manager should regularly follow up all the leads of Factory and also create new leads for factory
• The Sales Manager should regularly follow up all the dealers and personally visit dealers locally, with the respective sales executive and help to identify prospective customers and improve Factory dealer base also.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Should have experience in Sales field.
• Should have Motor Cycle and Smart Phone (Phone simcard shall be provided by us).
• Excellent English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written.
• Should be energetic and a responsible person 24/7.
• Local Candidates shall be preferred or who are willing to relocate at Kharagpur shall be preferred.
