Role Description - Full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager Identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building customer relationships. Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person. Handling and resolving client queries and complaints. Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes. Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software. Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is a must. Jaipur based. Qualifications Sales and Marketing Skills: The Sales Manager should possess strong sales and marketing skills, as well as experience in identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and tracking sales performance. Customer Service Skills: The Sales Manager should possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: The Sales Manager should have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, forecast sales, and develop effective sales strategies. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The Sales Manager should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments and work effectively with customers. Experience in Real Estate: Experience in real estate or related industries is compulsory. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
