We are seeking a Sales Manager for our company, DCS Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving growth targets. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
• Solid knowledge of recruiting and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in conducting communication training
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
• Ability to qualify prospects and drive the sales process
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
