Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at GOGAGA HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of the travel industry and holiday destinations
• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
