Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads Meet and Pitch Rupeek\'s offerings to potential customers Build trust by handling customer objections Flawless execution of SOP while on the field Build long term relationship with Gold Loan customers to ensure repeat business and referrals Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions Share local insights from the field to the central team. Skills required: Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset other skills Hunger- Check family dependency and past Incentive earnings Presentation- Persona should invoke trust Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English Basic mathematics calculations. Candidate Persona: Graduate with 2-5 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Telecom, FMCG, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume products. Preferably between 25-30 years of age. Excellent Presentation Skills that Invokes Trust Excellent Communication Skills in the local language and basic English Companies, Telecom, FMCG, Just Dial, Eureka Forbes (High Value, Low Volume) Financial Services or High involvement concept selling.
