- Responsible for increasing Sales by on-ground action, Riding, Referral programs, Digital Marketing,
- Sales Manager Opening in Honda BigWing Hubli Central, Gokul Road Hubli,
- Salary Package 30000k to 35000k per month + Incentive (No Salary bar on eligible candidate /Depending upon candidate Profile + Best industry incentives.
- Responsible for achieving the sales targets of the dealership and focusing on ways to ensure growth.
- Passionate about Sales and Achieving Targets- Being the best in the market.
- Riding Big motorcycles Above 350 CC Bike
- Analytical bend of mind
- Understanding & Knowledge of Riding Gears Position Requirements
- Managing a sales team and Coordinating with stakeholders.
- Tracking sales numbers and overall success
- Initiating training or motivational meetings for the team
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Creating estimated sales forecasts, both short and long-term
- Overseeing sales floor and individual deal closings
- Exemplary customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and sales number
- Extensive knowledge of inventory and various automotive specs
- Ability to juggle multiple duties and complete tasks through creative problem solving
