• To identify customers for various financial products and services of the company.
• Call the customer to understand their investment or financial requirement and suggest company's product in line with their requirement.
• Present complete details of products and services of the company after fully understand their requirement and explain them the process of buying the products online on Nishkaera platform and assist them in doing so.
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

Compensation:

• Suitable candidate would be offered very attractive and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should be a graduate by education.
• Having experience of minimum 2 Year in Selling Loans or Insurance or Fixed income products.
• Proficiency in English and local language is a must.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• Morning shift
