Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Foundry division in alignment with overall
business objectives.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new
opportunities and potential risks.
\xef\x82\xb7 Create annual sales plans, setting realistic targets and milestones.
Team Leadership:
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
\xef\x82\xb7 Foster a high-performance culture by providing guidance, coaching, and training to the sales
team.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for continuous
improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
\xef\x82\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and
ensuring customer satisfaction.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through effective networking and
relationship-building activities.
Market Expansion:
\xef\x82\xb7 Explore and develop new markets for the Foundry division, both geographically and in terms
of product/service offerings.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional
activities.
Revenue Growth:

\xef\x82\xb7 Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor sales metrics, analyse data, and implement strategies to enhance sales
performance and profitability.

Strategic Partnerships:
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and collaborations that contribute to business
growth.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of partnership
initiatives.
Budget Management:
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and manage the sales budget for the Foundry division.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor expenses, analyse variances, and implement cost-control measures.
Reporting and Analysis:
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for
senior leadership.
\xef\x82\xb7 Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales
strategy.
Qualifications:
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience in sales management, particularly in the foundry or Auto industry.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong understanding of metal casting processes and foundry technologies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mind-set.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
