Today with our 270 proactive, engaged and growth-minded people we are the selected developer and provider of CADMATIC software solutions for over 6 000 customers in more than 60 countries. Over the last years, we have multiplied our business, and we are far from done!
We are just getting started. Now we are looking for a Sales Manager to sell our CADMATIC Electrical design solutions to our potential customers in Poland. You will bring your experience, knowledge and networks from the industry and start selling our cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions to future customers. You will be in a crucial role in expanding our product range to cover also electrical & automation engineering in Eastern Europe.
You are responsible for managing the entire sales process from finding leads to closing deals. You are a real sales enthusiast ready to pick up the phone and start from scratch. You love to create sales opportunities and win the deals. If you recognize yourself in this, you might be the person we are looking for!
In short, your key responsibilities are: finding the right prospects successfully selling to new customers in Poland fulfilling the sales targets for his/her territory We expect you to have: Degree in electrical or automation engineering Working experience of over 5 years in for example in electrical or automation discipline Excellent knowledge in the software sales Experience in CAD software Deep understanding of sales processes and dynamics Fluent English and Polish Willingness and readiness to travel We are especially glad if you: Have proven track record of successful sales development Have existing networks in companies that perform electrical & automation engineering As a professional you are proactive and focused on customers, targets, and solutions. Your experience brings us credibility and opens sales opportunities. You love to create something totally new and "huntaEUR new customers. Your working style is energetic, and you are willing to bring new ideas with you, but you also have the patience to keep on going the extra mile to close the deals.
