Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Knithead Films. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role is based in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong leadership and management abilities Ability to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of the advertising industry and market trends Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions Experience in team management and mentoring Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Should know how to pitch clients and have a knack of CRM
