Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the launch and market penetration of our vehicle location tracking device. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, business development, and market expansion. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute a sales strategy for market penetration. \xc2\xb7 Ability to develop distributor/dealer network for VLT device sales. \xc2\xb7 Identify and target potential customers, including schools, hospitals, logistics companies, and other relevant industries. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as fleet managers, transportation managers/directors, and logistics coordinators. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our vehicle tracking device. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure successful product pitch and customer satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Prepare regular reports/tracker on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends for management review. Requirements & Skills: \xc2\xb7 MBA - Marketing, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Ambitious, honest, passionate & hardworking individual. Having a mindset of continuous education & learning. \xc2\xb7 Ability to gain knowledge of the vehicle tracking device market and understanding of customer needs for the targeted industries. \xc2\xb7 Preferred industries experience: Security & Surveillance, Telematics & Fleet Management, Automotive, IoT, and Technology Solutions \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel as required to meet prospective clients and explore new market opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Ability to gain knowledge of the vehicle tracking device market and understanding of customer needs for the targeted industries. \xc2\xb7 Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits to diverse audiences. \xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain partnerships. \xc2\xb7 Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and develop effective sales strategies.
