\xe2\x80\x93 Sales Manager, India Main Purpose
To manage Sales of Incprin Labels and Packaging Solutions Pvt Ltd by establishing and developing short- term and long-term sales policies & objectives with respect to sales revenue generation, in consultation with Direct reporting Manager and with other heads of related departments. Summary In this position,

  • Develop and drive execution of Sales & Brand strategies for the entire Labels and Packaging product portfolio across India.
  • Grow the Labels and Packaging business and market share by setting direction for the selling strategies towards the customer base (factories, vendors, agents, buying offices & retailers).
  • Collaborate with the business units to direct sales activities of the sales team and drive sales and marketing solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationship with agents and buying offices of master customers.
  • Lead and develop a strong sales force, and to ensure an effective sales organization to support growth of the company.
  • Oversee profitability of accounts and products.
  • Explore business opportunities for new products and establish network throughout the country.
  • Exhibit & Build up Team Spirit One Team One Goal through the organization.
  • Identify the key employees in the team and develop their growth path in the organization
  • Guide and direct the sub-ordinates in achieving their objectives and develop skill set.
Requirements/Objectives
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and activities in the industry.
  • Provide marketing and management with market and industry intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of standard printing technologies including Wash care labels, Heat transfer labels,
Woven labels, Offset, Flexo, digital, thermal, RF, RFID and accessories.
  • Maintain company ethics code and standards of professionalism.
  • Ability to conduct business and operate at several levels within an organization and at varied cultural
& social setting.
  • Participate in marketing events such as industry trade shows and seminars.
  • Mature judgment to identify and analyze problem and implement solutions. Highly organized with a multi task orientation.
  • Ability to develop and drive vision, strategies and sales tactics for the company.
Education/Experience MBA \xe2\x80\x93 Sales & Marketing
Fluent in both English and the local language At least 10 years of sales experience of which 6 years in managerial positions.
Experience in Garment / apparel/footwear manufacturing, merchandising and trim accessories supply,
Garment or Apparel brand side sourcing / merchandising are preferable. Strong knowledge of the apparel industry. \xe2\x80\x93 Sales Manager, India Specific Experiences

  • Ability to maintain account and solutions expertise across multiple lines of business.

  • Leading and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Working independently and with teams across the departments / regions.
