Company Description Job Milap is hiring for a Sales Manager for one of its leading Technology based international Matchmaking Service Providers based out of Delhi . Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, coordinating with the marketing team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in line with the company\'s goals. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 3-4 years in Sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets Ability to lead and manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Should be able to hire and develop teams Role - Sales Manager Salary - 40 K to 60K + incentives Shift - Rotational Day/Night Work - 5.5 Days Working Location - New Delhi
