Role Description This is a full-time sales manager role located on-site at our New Delhi office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and fostering strong relationships with clients, managing, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and business development skills with a proven track record of exceeding targets and meeting sales objectives Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and lead a sales team Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience in the IT industry with a strong understanding of technology solutions and services is preferred Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field
