Qualification - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with sales and marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Generate sales, achieve targets and payment collections within timeline.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage, retain and grow sales, increase market share with existing customers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and manage customer relationship to drive revenue growth.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify new markets and business opportunities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Negotiate the terms of contract and close sales deals.
\xef\x82\xb7 Gather market intelligence, competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities and provide feedback on buying/price
trends.
\xef\x82\xb7 Forecasting, preparing budget and achieving targets as per budget.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for managing regular order flow as per budget.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance,
\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive visit to existing and potential customers on regular basis to generate new
business.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market
activities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintains technical knowledge by attending workshops, establishing personal networks.
\xef\x82\xb7 Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven ability and business domain expertise is a must.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proactive and able to negotiate and close deals independently
\xef\x82\xb7 Grow business with strong client relationship skill
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication skills, excellent presentation skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Team player - Encourages collaboration and works cohesively with all teams.
\xef\x82\xb7 Willing to extensively travel to cover geography of assigned territory
