Must be MBA graduate with computer knowledge with Digital marketing skills. should be able to generate leads, cold calling, sending proposal and converting leads to sales. Should maintain good relation with clients. Should bring business to the company. only Males-Age group above 35 years. Two-wheeler is a must. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive Sales&marketing strategies to create awareness of the company\xe2\x80\x99s business activities. 2. Team Leadership: Supervise the marketing team, ensuring that the team\'s objectives align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals. 3. Branding: Oversee the consistent use of the brand across various channels, ensuring cohesiveness and brand integrity. 4. Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, PR activities, and other marketing efforts. 5. Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and use the findings to forecast future market needs. 6. Budgeting: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department. 7. Digital Marketing: Oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising. 8. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align strategies and maximize growth opportunities. 9. Event Planning: Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. 10. Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and partners to execute promotional events and campaigns.
