The Regional Sales Manager Role Is To Evaluate and authorise Approval Loan Applications for Customers. You Will Act As Team Manager Who Will Help Loan Executives In Liaison Between Customers And Our Financial Institution And You Will Help Qualified Applicants Acquire Loans In A Timely Manner. Job Duties: Team Leadership: Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. Market Research: Understand local market dynamics, customer preferences, and competition to develop effective sales strategies. Lead Generation: Create and implement strategies for lead generation, including partnerships with local real estate agents, developers, and community organizations. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales results, market trends, and team performance to senior management. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for your region effectively, ensuring resources are optimally allocated. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience and understanding of housing loans or financial products sales and local market conditions in Tier 3 and Tier 4 towns. \xe2\x97\x8f Have already or build a Network Of Active DSAs \xe2\x97\x8f Strong leadership and team management skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance.
