India Chennai Bengaluru/Bangalore 500000-900000 RS 3-11 Scope of the Role: Scope of the role - Managing a larger unit of sales officers, assigning them to the branches of a retail branch, generating leads for credit cards and close the cases. : Responsibility - 1) Responsible for acquisition of credit cards with the team of sales officers 2) Recruiting, motivating and retaining the team of sales officers. 3) Understand market dynamic and share with product team to arrive at a competitive product offering. 4) Daily Branch visits are mandatory to create a good business environment. 5) Activate the Branch team for credit card, train and support them to generate quality leads for credit cards. Ideal Candidate: Candidate with at least 3 to 6 years of experience in financial products sales are ideal. , preferably from Credit card, Personal loans, or other retail assets. Candidates from Telecom, CASA,Time share..etc.also can be considered.
