Job Title: Sales Manager - Agricultural Machinery Company: Prachi Works Private Limited Location: Odisha Prachi Works Private Limited, a leading agricultural machinery manufacturing company known for its brand name PRACHI, specializing in axial flow paddy threshers, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Odisha. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Dealership Network:
  • Identify and establish dealership opportunities within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and explore new partnerships.
  • Provide guidance and support to dealers to ensure effective product promotion and sales.
  • Sales Expertise:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of agricultural machinery, particularly axial flow paddy threshers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting PRACHI products in the market.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Co-Sale Promotion:
  • Collaborate with dealers and other stakeholders to create and implement effective co-sale promotion strategies.
  • Develop and execute joint promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and boost sales.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural machinery sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing dealership networks.
  • Strong understanding of axial flow paddy threshers and related agricultural machinery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Schedule:
