Job Description


1. Directly responsible for the sales of the area 2. Responsible to activate the area for the brand and all the selected retails 3. Lead and manage the sales and distribution plan 4. Directly work with retail owners/ managers/ cashiers to design and implement the brand positioning for every retail placement 5. Create and assist the sales team, based on aligned target and plan 6. Gather retail and marketing data from the team 7. Create and execute the plan on a weekly/ monthly to achieve the targets 8. Gather and collate weekly/ monthly consumer feedback and sales data 9. Directly work with management based on data and insights to achieve beyond targets Skills and Experience 1. 2-4 min years of retail sales experience in alcohol industry 2. 5+ years of sales experience 3. Basic excel knowledge 4. Enthusiasm and agility to achieve beyond targets 5. Diligent and Discipline about the regulatory paperwork 6. Well versed with English or Hindi and mandatory with regional language 7. Go beyond job description to deliver company\'s growth
