JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x96\xaa Responsible for driving end-to-end sales of offerings of the company to enterprises, SMEs, Corporations, Educational Institutions, Banks, hospitals, Governments Industries etc. \xe2\x96\xaa BDE have to sell different types of products and services associated with NETWORKING, INTERNET-LEASED LINE, IT & VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. \xe2\x96\xaa Candidates should be able to generate their own leads and move leads through the sales cycle by doing walk-in sales, telecalling and emailing etc. \xe2\x96\xaa The candidate is responsible for the development of the business, negotiating with clients & building positive relationships Getting business through different channels. \xe2\x96\xaa Experience in selling IT services or solutions through a consultative approach and conducting customer needs analysis to uncover business problems. \xe2\x96\xaa Acquiring new clients for business growth targets. \xe2\x96\xaa Build long-term business relationships with client leaders and decision-makers. \xe2\x96\xaa Ability to connect with CXO, CEO, Director and Head of Recruitment. \xe2\x96\xaa Providing inputs of client specifications to the delivery team also ensures a smooth transition of client relationships to the team. \xe2\x96\xaa Field Sales, B2B Sales, Executive Sales, Direct Sales \xe2\x96\xaa Achieving the monthly/Quarterly targets, Sending Daily reports, and weekly funnel reports. SKILLS REQUIRED \xe2\x9c\x93 Basic understanding of Network, Internet Leased Lines, IT and Surveillance Products & Services. \xe2\x9c\x93 Walk-in sales opportunity creation with B2B experience \xe2\x9c\x93 Sending proposals and presentations about the company & products. \xe2\x9c\x93 Sales hunting, Customer Interactions & Relationships, Negotiation & Presentation Skills \xe2\x9c\x93 Fluency in English and Regional languages. \xe2\x9c\x93 Graduates with relevant IT Services/Telecom/ISP Industry experience of a minimum 2 years with a proven track record are preferred.
