4-10 Scope of the Role: Handling a team of Sales Officers to support the branch channel and monitor & support the team to convert quality leads to business. :
1) Handling a team of Sales Officers to support the branch channel.
2) Monitor & support the team to convert quality leads to business.
3) Set quarterly targets for the region with the Cluster Heads.
4) Motivate and support each branch to increase their revenue target through LAP.
5) Coordinate with the credit team for smooth disbursal of the loans.
6) Give product training to the Branches and to the DSA.
7) Recruit and Handle the DSA channel. Ideal Candidate: Candidates who have good exposure in Home loans,LAP ,business loans, Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans & MSME.
