JOB SUMMARY Description We are seeking a result-oriented candidate with sales & business development experience, preferably B2B in any industry. Candidate should be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment. He should be collaborative & growth driven. As a Sales Manager you will need to sell Plastic Processing Machinery. You will own the sales performance of the region. To be successful in this role you need to have superior business development skills, communication skills, manage corporate clients & excel in demanding situations. Key job responsibilities

  • Accountable for driving business within the sales region
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity metrics (phone calls, phone attempts, e-mail, customer visits, etc.)
  • Increasing market-share at existing accounts and prospecting new business opportunities.
  • Utilizing telephone and electronic sales communication methodologies (email, phone calls, cold visits etc), to speak with and sell to end users and decision makers.
  • Utilizing MS Excel/ Google sheets for tracking sales activities, open opportunities and follow-up initiatives.
  • Traveling to the specified sales territory to support customer visits, operational meetings etc.
  • Sending introductory mails, proposals, quotations & follow up emails to prospects
Basic Qualifications: Graduate any stream. Preferably ITI diploma holders. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the relevant industry Necessary Skills:
  • Experience in a result-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
  • Knowledge of English, Kannada & Tamil is preferred. Additional language knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in the plastic industry or machine manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
