Experience

  • 2+ years of experience as a sales manager.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales target by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Craft and execute design plans that assists the company in expanding its customer base.
  • Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, engaging with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and marketing trends while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or MBA.
  • Proven track record of previous sales experience.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
