CLIENT Group is a debt free, financially sound, sustainable, and futuristic business conglomerate with a presence in real estate, liquid warehousing, agriculture marketing, energy storage, green technology, and horticulture. CLIENT Ecocity is a gated villa community of over 400 villa plots spread over 50 acres. With 9 themed parks for all age groups, this community has a large percent of open landscape and greenery. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to help with the sales at CLIENT Ecocity. Job Responsibilities Already worked in and is well-versed with the Sarjapur/Hosur/Attibele micro-markets Prior knowledge of sales experience with plotted developments or gated villa communities Understand CLIENT Group and Ecocity\'s ethos to be able to sell to the correct clientele Give the clients an experience of the community, highlighting the key amenities and differentiators Maintain and nurture relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance Understand and embody the language of luxury or affordable luxury Acquire new clients and continue the conversation (lead generation and customer retention) Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, like channel partners Monitor and report on competitor activity Obtain referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships Maintain and update customer databases Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures Knowledge of CRM softwares and tools and able to update CRM databases Job Qualifications Masters/Bachelors (BSc/BA) Degree in Marketing/ Marketing Management/ Sales/ Communications/ CSP (certified sales professional)/ Business Administration Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Travel to the communities/site (Sarjapur/Hosur area) and other client meetings as required Saturday and Sunday compulsory at project/community site as per industry standards Must possess their own vehicle Fluent in English and Hindi, Kannada/Tamil is a plus Good negotiation and collaboration skills Well groomed and presentable Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in both Good emotional quotient and ability to understand and read situations Must be well-organised and detail-oriented Ability to build rapport with clients and manage expectations Exceptional customer service skills Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications CLIENT Group is a debt free, financially sound, sustainable, and futuristic business conglomerate with a presence in real estate, liquid warehousing, agriculture marketing, energy storage, green technology, and horticulture.
