Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating sales activities, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing market trends and competitor behavior. The Sales Manager will also provide guidance and support to the sales team and ensure efficient sales operations. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and achieving targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a sales team Knowledge of financial products and services Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
