The primary responsibility of this position includes the sale of Aftermarket Products that includes but are not limited to Service Contracts, Digital & Enterprise solutions & consultancy services to grow revenue and order growth for South-East India market to provide leadership towards the Sales, Customer Service Organization, and Marketing teams to grow the Services business by following up on existing customers, new customer acquisition, cross-selling to existing customers to increase wallet share. Key responsibilities and tasks for this position will be:
  • Responsible for delivering the financial order performance for the Territory / District within a defined cost framework.
  • Negotiate enterprise complex contracts, sales deals and create strategies to meet the sales plan. Driving sales efficiency by ensuring adequate selling skills for service sales team members and that the area of responsibility is properly organized and staffed.
  • Develop and handle the Sales team for aftermarket service sale business, communicate effectively to the team on business objectives from time to time & provide feedback. Ability to lead teams remotely.
  • Work closely with LSS India Marketing team to develop and drive marketing activities leading to demand generation for the business.
  • Has developed an expanded understanding of the sales process, different sales markets and aftermarket product portfolios in a specific Analytical /Medical/Industrial/scientific area, to achieve sales results.
  • Collaborate with other functional and business leaders to ensure voice of the customers is heard in strategic planning at the global, regional, product and business unit levels.
  • Create regional sales plans and provide business forecasts in alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Identifying and running potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers or channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor / master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Life Sciences, engineering or equivalent education, MBA degree would be advantage.
  • Candidate with validated ability of 12 to 15 years in Sales and minimum 5 years sales Leadership experience with analytical & critical thinking
  • Excellent influencing, convincing & cross-function collaboration skills
  • Commercial leadership experience with relative customer segments in India
  • Strong team management skills & sound knowledge of the aftermarket service sales industry
  • Experienced in managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach.
  • Proven sales leadership experience & ability to measure and analyze KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Availability for travel as needed.
