Job description Company: GSM Techno Products & Services Designation: Sales Manager Job Location: Hyderabad CTC: 5-6 LPA plus incentives (depends upon the sale that the candidate bring in) Roles & Responsibilities: The candidate should travel to all the nuclear power plants in India whichever necessary as & when required The candidate will be responsible for retaining the existing business along with generating new business for the company Providing monthly order forecasts with clear accountability on achieving it Acquisition of new and development of existing customers in Power, General Industries & other segments whichever the company deems necessary Drive value selling and value communication actions at key accounts. Establish and maintain broad network and key relationships with customers, associates, influencers, and other industry contacts The candidate should possess basic technical knowledge to answer any customer queries or requirements Meet weekly customer visit targets and generate sales opportunities Understand customer requirements and offer correct product/technology solutions. Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial offers. Regular follow up with customers to conclude the order Conducting seminars/training programs to educate customers along with demonstration of products. Coordination/Teamwork with Principles, supply chain & Service teams to ensure fulfilment of order to customer satisfaction. Ensure rich service of the product in an efficient and timely manner Monitor and analyze competition activities in the sales territory Position Competencies (must haves for the position): Bachelors (ideally in a technical or engineering discipline preferably in a mechanical background) The candidate should possess basic computer literacy, should know basics of excel, PowerPoint & word Active listener and clear communicator Willingness to travel at an extensive rate initially (2 weeks every month) Having growth mindset with strong sales acumen Open to learning & exploring to keep abreast of sales trends, new technologies and activities in our industry Experience of generating leads, winning accounts, and identifying sales opportunities. The candidate should have previous experience dealing with clients at the power sector The candidate should have some basic knowledge of filtration/ separation techniques Experience of journey planning \xe2\x80\x93 evidence of running a sales territory and coverage thereof. Languages: English, Hindi at good proficiency Who is this open for: Bachelors (ideally in a technical or engineering discipline, preferrably in a mechanical background) 2-5 years of prior field sales Highly computer literate, especially in MS-Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills Commercial experience, including direct selling of products or services Willingness to travel Successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges. Sense of Urgency - must have the drive/motivation to take action. Must be able to prioritize daily activities and resolve requires immediate attention. Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills - must be able to remain calm when dealing with difficult customers/peers and have strong communications skills both with internal associates and external customers.
