Designation: Sales Leader Location: Vadodara About the Company: A leading company in Industrial Automation Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control Experience: 15+ Years Job Requirement:

  • Responsible for 200 Cr + Revenues
  • Experience in selling Projects / Solutions in large PSU (like IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, GAIL, ONGC etc) / Pvt companies.
  • Strong relationship with Customer / Consultants (few references needed from similar industries)
  • Willing to Travel – PAN India & Overseas
  • Preferred Domain Knowledge – Process Control Industry, Instrumentation Turnkey / Automation Projects, Oil & Gas Industry, PLC/DCS solutions, Metering Skids, Terminal Automation, LPG plant Automation etc.
  • Problem Solving ability, Fast Decision Maker, Ability to take risk and execute, Clear focus on Sales Targets with Profitability, Self-Starter
  • Strong Techno-Commercial Knowledge.
  • Team Player
  • Should be in leading Sales Team within his organization (Regions + HQ) with discipline Sales monitoring and mentoring.
  • Should have successfully handled large accounts
  • Familiar with Government Tendering Process
  • Strong Negotiations Skills
  • Drive Channel Sales, Overseas Distributors, New Business Development.
